This policy explains when and how you can return an item purchased from us.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. For change-of-mind returns, we may accept requests within 14 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery may not be accepted. Custom-made or engraved items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Return Process

Contact us via the Contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will confirm whether the return is accepted and provide instructions for shipping the item back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items (e.g., with engraving) may not be returned unless faulty. Items that have been used outdoors or otherwise used beyond inspection may be refused. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable once opened.

General Legal Requirements

This policy is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. and state consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected. Some states may provide additional return or refund rights; where required by law, we will comply. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants a mandatory cooling-off period or other return rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item and approve the return. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
